Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 6 hours' notice for cancellations to allow us to offer your time slot to another guest. Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance will result in a $30 fee.
Any appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
